Project Manager – Civil Construction
Lower Mainland, BC | $110K–$130K + vehicle, benefits & RRSP
Established civil and landscape contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal projects from $1M–$30M.
The Role
- Manage 2 projects from award to close-out
- Own budgets, schedules, subcontractors and reporting
- Manage change orders, billing and contract administration
- Lead meetings with municipal clients and consultants
- Work with a dedicated Superintendent and engineering team
What You Bring
- 3–4+ years of civil construction PM experience
- Municipal/public-sector project experience
- Strong contract administration and change order knowledge
- Ability to read civil drawings/specifications
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence
Nice to Have: Sports fields, parks, active transportation or MMCD experience.

Responsibilities
Manage two municipal civil construction projects from award through close-out, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and reporting. Administer contracts, change orders, and billing, and lead meetings with municipal clients and consultants while coordinating with the Superintendent and engineering team.
Requirements
Requires 3–4 or more years of civil construction project management experience, including municipal or public-sector projects, and strong contract administration and change order knowledge. Candidates must be able to read civil drawings and specifications and hold a valid BC Driver’s Licence; sports field, park, active transportation, or MMCD experience is an asset.
