Survey Manager – Civil Construction
Lower Mainland, BC | $110,000–$120,000 + benefits | Permanent
Our client, an established civil contractor, is hiring a Survey Manager to lead their in-house team of 3 surveyors across multiple municipal sites.
The Role:
- Lead, schedule and mentor 3 construction surveyors
- Build and QA machine control models for grading crews
- Manage Trimble GNSS, total station and machine control gear
- Work with PMs and supers on layout, quantities and as-builts
What you bring:
- 6+ years in civil construction surveying, including leading a crew
- Strong Trimble and machine control experience
- AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Valid BC driver's license

Responsibilities
Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of three construction surveyors working across multiple municipal sites. Build and quality-check machine control models, manage surveying equipment, and coordinate layout, quantities, and as-builts with project managers and superintendents.
Requirements
Requires at least six years of civil construction surveying experience, including experience leading a crew. Candidates should have strong Trimble and machine control experience, familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and a valid British Columbia driver's license.
