About the Role:

We are seeking a CPA-designated individual to join our accounting team as an Inventory Accounting Analyst to ensure the financial integrity and full valuation of the company's inventory within our high-volume e-commerce environment. In this role, you will perform multi-system reconciliations between warehouse management platforms and SAP, model cost reserves, and resolve clearing variances between purchasing and accounts payable. You will serve as a vital bridge between finance and operations by providing strategic analysis on costs and gross margins.

What You Will Do:

System & Ledger Reconciliation: Execute monthly multi-system reconciliations between warehouse management systems (WMS), 3PL partner data, and the SAP general ledger across domestic and international locations.
Reserve & Cost Modeling: Calculate and maintain monthly provisions for inventory obsolescence, shrink, damages, and Net Realizable Value (NRV) under IFRS, while managing freight and duty capitalization schedules.
Margin & Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) variance analyses, tracking gross margin movements, landed costs, and category duty allocations.
GR/IR & Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate, match, and clear open Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) clearing items in close collaboration with Procurement, Operations, and Accounts Payable.
Inventory Control & Audit Compliance: Partner with fulfillment teams on cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts, validating stock entries in SAP to maintain complete, audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications:

Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is strongly preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive inventory, cost, or general accounting experience in a high-volume e-commerce, retail, or distribution environment.
Core Accounting Track Record: Proven experience calculating month-end inventory reserve models (NRV/obsolescence), resolving GR/IR items, and supporting physical stock takes.
ERP & Systems Expertise: Direct hands-on proficiency with SAP (FI/CO/MM modules) and enterprise WMS integrations is strongly preferred.
Advanced Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, INDEX/MATCH, nested logic, Pivot Tables); working knowledge of Power BI or SQL is a plus.

Dans ce poste, vous aller effectuer les rapprochements multi-systèmes entre les plateformes de gestion d'entrepôt et SAP, modélisez les réserves de coûts et résolvez les écarts de compensation entre les achats et les comptes fournisseurs. Vous agisserez comme un pont essentiel entre la finance et les opérations en fournissant des analyses stratégiques sur les coûts et les marges brutes.

Ce que vous ferez :

Rapprochements système et grand livre : Effectuer les rapprochements mensuels multi-systèmes entre les systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt (WMS), les données des partenaires 3PL et le grand livre SAP pour l'ensemble des sites de distribution nationaux et internationaux.
Modélisation des réserves et coûts : Calculer et maintenir les provisions mensuelles pour dépréciation, obsolescence, pertes, dommages et valeur nette de réalisation (VNR) selon les normes IFRS, tout en gérant les calendriers de capitalisation du fret et des droits de douane.
Analyse des marges et écarts : Réaliser les analyses mensuelles d'écart sur le coût des marchandises vendues (COGS), en suivant l'évolution de la marge brute, les coûts rendus et l'allocation des droits par catégorie.
Résolution des écarts d'imputation (EM/EF) : Analyser, rapprocher et solder les articles en suspens dans les comptes d'entrée de marchandises / entrée de factures (EM/EF) en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'achats, des opérations et des comptes fournisseurs.
Contrôle des stocks et conformité : Participer avec les équipes opérationnelles aux comptages cycliques et aux inventaires physiques annuels, tout en validant les ajustements de stocks dans SAP pour garantir une documentation complète en vue des audits.

Qualifications :

Formation et titre : Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance ; titre de CPA (ou statut de candidat·e à la profession de CPA) est fortement souhaité.
Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience progressive en comptabilité des stocks, des coûts ou en comptabilité générale dans un environnement e-commerce, de détail ou de distribution à fort volume.
Pratique comptable confirmée : Expérience démontrée dans le calcul de modèles de réserves de stocks, la résolution des écarts EM/EF et le soutien aux inventaires physiques.
Expertise ERP et systèmes : Maîtrise pratique directe de SAP (modules FI/CO/MM) et des intégrations avec les systèmes WMS d'entreprise est fortement souhaité.
Compétences avancées en données : Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel (Power Query, INDEX/EQUIV, formules logiques imbriquées, tableaux croisés dynamiques) ; la connaissance de Power BI ou de SQL est un atout.
