About the Role:

The Learning Partner is responsible for the design, implementation, and measurement of a core learning curriculum domain. Moving beyond reactive training requests, this role leverages instructional architecture, generative AI workflows, and data analytics to deliver scalable, high-impact learning solutions. The primary deliverable is driving organizational goals by increasing Skill Application Rates, enhancing Stakeholder Satisfaction, and delivering a positive Program ROI.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Curriculum Architecture: Design complex, multi-modal learning journeys and long-term curriculum strategies that solve critical business problems and address skill gaps.
AI-Accelerated Instructional Design: Integrate generative AI tools and prompt engineering into daily workflows to rapidly prototype, storyboard, and localize content across English and French domains.
LMS Optimization & Personalization: Drive user experience improvements in the enterprise LMS by exploring AI features (like automated skill-mapping) while managing system data integrity and configuration.
Consultative Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional senior leaders and Talent Management to evaluate content strategies and align learning interventions with organizational career matrices.
Impact Measurement & Quality Assurance: Evaluate program business impact using ROI frameworks, while mentoring junior team members and guiding SMEs to uphold design standards.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CTDP/CPTD/CHRP preferred).
Instructional Design Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience building multi-modal, blended learning journeys using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, or Canva.
LMS Administration: 3+ years of experience administering and optimizing an enterprise-level LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Docebo, Cornerstone) to improve UX and reporting.
AI Literacy & Integration: Practical experience using generative AI tools and advanced prompt engineering to accelerate content creation and workflow productivity.
Data Analytics & Impact Measurement: Proven capability applying analytical frameworks to diagnose performance gaps and evaluation models to measure program ROI.

Ce que vous ferez :

Architecture stratégique de programmes de formation : Concevoir des parcours d'apprentissage multimodaux complexes et des stratégies de curriculum à long terme afin de résoudre des enjeux d'affaires critiques et de combler les lacunes en compétences.
Conception pédagogique accélérée par l'IA : Intégrer des outils d'IA générative et de l'ingénierie de requêtes dans les processus quotidiens pour prototyper, scénariser et localiser rapidement le contenu en français et en anglais.
Optimisation et personnalisation du LMS : Améliorer l'expérience utilisateur du LMS d'entreprise en explorant des fonctionnalités basées sur l'IA (comme la cartographie automatisée des compétences) tout en assurant l'intégrité des données et la configuration du système.
Partenariat stratégique et conseil : Collaborer avec la haute direction et l'équipe de gestion des talents pour évaluer les stratégies et aligner les interventions d'apprentissage sur les matrices de carrière.

Qualifications :

Éducation et certifications : Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, conception pédagogique, psychologie industrielle ou domaine connexe (Maîtrise ou certifications professionnelles comme CTDP, CPTD ou CRHA un atout).
Expérience en conception pédagogique : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la création de parcours d'apprentissage hybrides à l'aide d'outils d'auteur avancés (ex. Articulate 360, Rise, Canva).
Administration de LMS : 3 ans ou plus d'expérience dans l'administration fonctionnelle et l'optimisation d'un LMS d'entreprise (ex. Workday Learning, Docebo, Cornerstone) pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur et les rapports.
