About the Role:

Are you a strategist at heart, ready to drive sales and gross margin for a company in the technology and retail industry? We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Merchandise Planner to join our team! Reporting to the Merchandise Planning Manager, you will be the inventory driver, responsible for creating and executing strong brand strategies that optimize growth. What You Will Do:

Manage the full planning cycle for specific brands, from budget development to final order approval.
Develop and propose dynamic assortment plans in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Work closely with the Buying team to ensure that every acquisition contributes to achieving sales targets.
Own the Open-to-Buy for a specific portfolio of brands, deliver actionable recommendations, identify risks and opportunities.
Conduct in-depth business analysis to optimize sales, margins, and inventory productivity.
Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of processes, particularly through AI integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in merchandise planning in a fashion retail, luxury, retail, or e-commerce environment.
Advance proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight is an asset.

Ce que vous ferez :

Gérer le cycle complet de planification pour des marques spécifiques, du développement du budget jusqu'à l'approbation finale des commandes.
Développer et proposer des plans d'assortiment dynamiques en alignement avec la stratégie globale de l'entreprise.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des achats pour vous assurer que chaque acquisition contribue à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente.
Prendre en charge le budget d'achat ouvert (Open-to-Buy) pour un portefeuille de marques ciblé, formuler des recommandations concrètes, puis identifier les risques et les opportunités.
Effectuer des analyses commerciales approfondies afin d'optimiser les ventes, les marges et la productivité des stocks.
Contribuer activement à l'optimisation et automatisation des processus, notamment avec l'intégration de l'IA.

Qualifications :

Baccalauréat en finances, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum de 3 années d’expérience concrète en planification des marchandises dans le commerce de détail ou le commerce électronique.
Compétences avancées avec Google Sheet et/ou Microsoft Excel.
Expérience avec des outils BI tels que Power BI, Tableau ou Quicksight, un atout.
