- Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
- Receive payment from the customer and process change.
- Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
- Clean equipment and utensils, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 21 or older.
- 1+ years of bartending experience required, including certification by state, federal, or local required training program if applicable.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to operate a keyboard & point of sale procedures to pre-check and order & close out a check.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system, process payments and change, and serve beverages and food to guests. Move supplies and equipment as needed and maintain a clean work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils and removing trash.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have at least one year of bartending experience. They must have applicable required training or certification, basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and alcoholic beverage service, and the ability to use a keyboard and POS procedures.
