Are you an experienced food service professional with a passion for high-volume environments, a commitment to food safety, and strong leadership skills? If so, SSP America has an exciting opportunity for you in the dynamic setting of the Dulles International Airport at Gatsby Restaurant!

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service w/bar environment.
Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

Oversee front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality and safety while controlling costs and maintaining operational systems and standards. Lead and develop the team, and manage merchandising, office administration, forecasting, budgeting, and problem solving.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or relevant coursework is preferred. Candidates need at least four years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar, proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience resolving conflicts.
