Join SSRG as a Security Concierge at a site near Marine Drive SkyTrain Station in Vancouver.
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused security professionals for full-time and part-time opportunities.
As a Security Concierge, you will play an important role in protecting people, property, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities
- Responding to client requests and onsite emergencies
- Face-to-face customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the building
- Ensuring the security of all personnel, visitors, and the public
- Inspecting & patrolling premises
- Monitoring property access
- Investigating and reporting suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches
- Enforcing client informed policies
- Communicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
- Responding to alarms
- A Valid BC Security Licence
- Relevant experience in the security industry
- Ability to stand for long periods of time & complete routine patrols
- Excellent customer service skills & professional deportment
- Strong commitment to safety & security
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Additional certifications are assets: AST, First Aid Certification, etc.
Available Shifts
- Monday to Friday: 06:30 pm - 02:30 am
- Monday to Friday: 01:30 am - 09:30 am
- Saturday and Sunday: 06:30 pm - 02:30 am
- Saturday and Sunday: 01:30 am - 09:30 am
- Starting wage: $21.00/hour

Responsibilities
Protect people, property, and assets by patrolling and inspecting the premises, monitoring access, responding to alarms and emergencies, and investigating and reporting suspicious activity or security incidents. Provide face-to-face customer service, enforce client policies, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid British Columbia security licence and have relevant security industry experience. They must be able to stand for extended periods and complete routine patrols, with strong customer service, communication, reporting, and safety skills; additional certifications such as AST or First Aid are assets.
