Job details

Job type: Full-time
Experience: 7+ years of enterprise SaaS experience closing 6-figure deals owning new logo and expansion revenue
Posting language: English
Posted: Oct 7, 2026

Original job description

Our client is a category-defining leader in AI-powered video creation with $200M ARR and 300% NRR. Their solution sits at the intersection of AI, creative software, and video production with wide-spanning use cases that touch virtually any industry. We've successfully placed a number of people on their team and are looking for a few more exceptional sellers to join a high performing ~15 person sales team.

About the Role: Enterprise Account Executive

Inherit and develop a named account base of enterprise organizations with $1B–$5B+ in annual revenue across a range of industry segments
Own the sales process from end to end including new logo acquisition + expansion revenue with a land and expand sales motion
Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with $200K+ ACV and 4+ sales cycles
Uncover strategic business challenges, connecting technology to meaningful customer pain points, and build compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable impact and value.
Develop relationships across Creative, Marketing, IT/Security, Procurement, and other key functions, engaging senior executives including CMOs, CTOs, and their equivalents.
Independently lead tailored product demonstrations, bringing the technology to life and showing customers how it can transform their workflows and business

What We're Looking For

This is a highly competitive process - our client is looking to hire top-tier talent with:

7+ years of enterprise SaaS experience closing 6-figure deals owning new logo and expansion revenue
A consistent history of quota attainment above 100% - you're not just hitting target, you're consistently at the top of the leaderboard and recognized for it
Exceptional storytelling & education: A consultative, non-rigid selling style with the ability to tell compelling stories, simplify complex concepts, and educate customers. You’re comfortable creating the narrative rather than relying on an established playbook.
AI fluency & curiosity: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in innovative ways - not simply familiarity with AI, but a genuine curiosity for experimenting with new tools, workflows, and applications.
Strong commercial instincts: The ability to uncover meaningful business problems, connect solutions to customer pain points, and clearly articulate the business impact and value of a new technology.
Hands-on product demonstration: Comfortable running compelling product demonstrations independently, tailoring the story and experience to the customer rather than relying on a dedicated Sales Engineer for every interaction.
Strong tenure and clear career progression - we value loyalty and won't consider candidates with a pattern of switching employers every 1–2 years

Compensation & Benefits

$180K-$220K base / $360K-$400K OTE
Equity + RRSP matching
Comprehensive benefits package for you and your family
Unlimited PTO
Paid sabbaticals at 3, 5, and 7 years of tenure
Wellness, home office/tech, and learning & development stipends
Annual travel fund for office visits, conferences, and team events
