  • Comprehensive group benefit plan including medical, dental, life insurance coverage and generous HCSA.

  • Support root-cause analysis, track corrective actions, and maintain floor visual management boards.
  • Assist in organizing customer complaint review meetings.
  • Participate in 5Why sessions, track preventative actions, and help draft professional reports for external customers.
  • Support the update, maintenance, and auditing of essential QMS documentation, including Quality Procedures, SOPs, checklists, and standardized work instructions.
  • Assist in executing internal quality audits and maintaining accurate asset calibration record databases.
  • Apply foundational SPC techniques, Process Capability studies (Cpk/Ppk), and Gauge R&R to help stabilize production lines and analyze process variation.
  • Help consolidate quality metrics to build monthly Cost of Quality (COQ) reports, defect trend lines, and KPI dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP deployment by helping map manufacturing and quality workflows into digital systems.
  • Participate in daily Gemba meetings to track and visually report on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity (SQDP) metrics.
  • Collaborate with the operations group on troubled production runs requiring engineering analysis, rework protocols, or technical troubleshooting.
  • Assist with cross-departmental continuous improvement projects, contributing to initial research, scoping, milestone planning, and testing.
  • Support day-to-day Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection activities and help train operators on basic dimensional measurement requirements and 3D CAD measuring workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:
