The Marketing Analytics Specialist will play a key role at Stacktics Inc., where we design, create, deploy, maintain and grow industry-leading Cloud Infrastructure, Big Data Analytics and Cloud For Marketing products, solutions and services.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Marketing Analytics Team by enabling excellent front-end development skills and technologies to parse web pages/user events, and integrate with Data Systems and Marketing intelligence platforms.

The Marketing Analytics Specialist will be responsible for supporting client stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams on all Stacktics’ deliverables. The individual will use their expertise and best practices to support the team in providing efficiencies, and superior quality to every deliverable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

Designing and deploying solutions to track user’s interaction onsite, and integrating massive data sets with Google Analytics 4 360 (GA4 360), Firebase Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Run stakeholder interviews and create requirements documentation. Create detailed tracking and tagging plans, following the industry best standards and naming conventions. Proficient in writing implementation guides for clients for web analytics and mobile analytics
Define custom dimensions and metrics, audiences, channel groupings. Evaluating dataLayer and data collection, and data reporting in both GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
Proficient with different types of Tag management systems
Standard Google Tag Manager 360 and its specific features such as zones, and server side Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch, etc.
Setting up Tags, Triggers, Variables, Rules , Data Elements, XDM Schemas
Cross Domain Tracking to support delivering full GA360 implementation projects alongside Adobe implementations.
Execute and support both internal and client team members as it relates to:
Data collection through design and implementation of tracking codes (GTM, GA4, Salesforce, Adobe, custom scripts)
Analytics reporting and custom database feeds (GA360, BQ, Adobe Analytics, CM360, DV360, Salesforce, Data Studio, Tableau etc.)
Excellent knowledge of basic consent mode vs CoMov2 and its implementation in tag management solutions.

Company-Wide Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members on special projects, pitches and research into new technology, uses, applications and advancements
Oversee and own the delivery of client projects efficiently in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Collaborate with team members on new/speculative initiatives and deliverables as they arise
Work closely within all Stacktics’ cross functional teams and collaborate in execution, planning and post delivery
Provide leadership, guidance and support to junior team members, including performance reviews
Maintain a dedication toward achieving excellence in Stacktics’ delivery against client needs while maintaining strong internal relationships with internal partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of Web Analytics experience in Google Analytics 4 (primary) or Adobe Analytics (secondary)
3+ years experience with Tag Management Systems like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch
Strong familiarity with marketing tracking pixels such as Facebook pixel, Reddit, Linkedin, Pinterest, Google tags and floodlight tags
Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential; candidate should be comfortable presenting and participating in group discussions of concepts with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to provide clear guidance and support for advanced problem solving and system design for enterprise-level clients, aiding the evolution of their digital practices
Experience with AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise, Claude Code and skills. Ability to generate, verify and articulate accurately AI generated results for both internal and external clients
