About Stadium Vault (Stadium Live Studios)

Stadium Vault is the newest app we launched. Our vision is to turn every fan into a collector by making commerce feel like play. We digitize the experience of collecting real TCG (Pokemon, One Piece) and sports cards, allowing users to rip packs from anywhere – while collecting rewards throughout. We’ve crossed 8-figure GMV, and we’re just getting started.

Stadium Vault is built by the team behind Stadium Live, a sports prediction app that reached over 3.5 million users. We raised $15M to date and are backed by Union Square Ventures, KB Partners, Kevin Durant (35VC), and the founder of NBA Top Shot.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist Lead who will own the creative production process end-to-end, across paid ads and organic socials to grow a category-defining product. The ideal candidate is someone who is a wizard at understanding how to make content that converts, either having made an impact with performance marketing teams at scale or have grown their own social accounts to large followings. You are not just writing briefs at your desk – you are scrappy and are willing to roll up your sleeves and do anything it takes to get the most engaging creatives. This is a high-intensity role, where you will coordinate across teams including content, graphics, and growth (UGC), and will report to the CEO.

What you’ll do

Lead the end-to-end creative cycle: conduct research, develop briefs, help direct and edit content across paid ads and socials
Innovate on content in a principled way: Use deep understanding of user psychology, competitor research, and cultural trends to come up with novel concepts
Drive ROAS on paid marketing: Partner with UA manager to interpret results and adapt creative strategy to each channel’s audience and performance
Ruthlessly experiment: come up with new hypotheses daily to test, using data to systematically seek out winning social concepts
Help grow the UGC program: Help develop systems and processes for our growth associates to identify and onboard the right influencers to collaborate with for partnership ads and organic socials

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in creative strategy, paid marketing, or similar for a consumer product or high-growth startup
You excel in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a strong bias towards action
You at least have some familiarity or interest in TCGs (Pokemon, One Piece), sports cards, collectibles, gaming
Have worked with marketing teams with an annual budget $1M+ or collaborated on multiple pieces of content that have produced 100K+ views
You have created ads and social content across most of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and understand deep platform nuances that most people don’t
You are not just an ideas person; you are results-oriented and use analytics fluently to guide decision-making
You have some experience working with UGC creators and/or building out a successful UGC program
You have excellent written communication
You are scrappy

Have used video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
Experience in driving organic growth: distribution through communities, ambassador or referral programs, etc
