Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong banking/financial services experience to lead complex technology programs from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate must have an active PMP certification and strong technical and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology programs across multiple workstreams.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive banking/financial services technology initiatives and modernization programs.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Manage API, cloud, data, application, and enterprise integration initiatives.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Establish program governance, RAID logs, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Identify and resolve technical and delivery blockers.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management
- Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience
- Active PMP Certification – Mandatory
- Experience with enterprise technology, APIs, cloud, and integrations
- Strong Agile/Scrum and Waterfall experience
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Strong risk, governance, and dependency management experience
