Total Rewards & Performance: Support annual compensation benchmarking, performance appraisal cycles, incentive compensation plans, and retention strategies aligned with industry standards.
Employee Relations & Governance: Serve as the trusted advisor for employee relations, workplace standards, compliance documentation, and progressive disciplinary actions.
Organizational Development: Partner with department heads to support succession planning, role progression, onboarding programs, and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
HR Experience: 5+ years of progressive human resources generalist/managerial experience, including full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
Financial Services Background: 3+ years of HR experience within financial institutions, wealth management platforms, asset managers, or multinational banking environments. Experience navigating fast-paced, matrixed, or APAC-linked institutional environments is strongly preferred.
