We are seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our Sales & Customer Service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our builder and contractor accounts, ensuring they receive accurate quotes, reliable service, and fast problem resolution to keep their job sites running smoothly.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a customer-focused coordinator to work with builders, roofing contractors, general contractors, exterior contractors, and multifamily customers.

The main responsibility is to help customers with quotes, orders, deliveries, and product questions while building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

What Will You Do?

• Customer Service: Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and build strong working relationships with builders and contractors.
• Quotes and Orders: Prepare quotes, process orders, confirm pricing and delivery dates, and ensure details are accurate.
• Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered as promised.
• Customer Outreach: Follow up with existing customers, develop new relationships, and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Account Management: Keep customer information, quotes, orders, and follow-up activities updated in the CRM system.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive timely service and have a smooth experience working with the company.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience in customer service, sales coordination, inside sales, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests, quotes, orders, and deadlines.
• Experience using a CRM system and handling customer records.
• A proactive approach to following up with customers and solving problems.
• Experience working with builders, contractors, construction materials, roofing, or exterior products would be an advantage.
