Original job description

We're looking for a driven, coachable Business Development Representative to fuel our top-of-funnel pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers - property management companies and HOA/condo boards - identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads for our Account Executive team. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build a career in SaaS sales at a company still early enough that your work directly shapes the playbook.

This position is based in North York and is currently hybrid in-office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person.

About Us:

STAN is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers. We are using cutting-edge and patented artificial intelligence technology to build solutions that enhance life for residents of more than 4 million+ homes across North America. And, we are on a mission to build the world’s first AI property manager. Want to come along for the ride?

STAN is also an award-winning platform, having been recognized by Rogers, FedEx, George Brown College, StartUp Canada, the Waterloo Accelerator Centre, and more!

Qualify inbound leads and route sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives
Research accounts and personas to craft relevant, personalized outreach
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect activity in the CRM
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, target lists, and outbound strategy
Stay current on PropTech industry trends and STAN AI's evolving product to speak credibly with prospects

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR, sales, or customer-facing role (new grads with strong drive welcome to apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resilient, coachable, and comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and rejection
Organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Genuine curiosity about sales as a career path and interest in SaaS/PropTech
Bonus: prior experience selling into property management, real estate, or HOA/condo markets

Benefits

Opportunity to sell world-class, patented AI technology.
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure.
Comprehensive health, dental, and specialist benefits.
Company Macbook.
Free parking and shuttle service to the office.
Extra PTO during occasional US holidays.
Company events, in-office restaurant, and building-wide perks.
Unlimited ping pong and espresso!

If you're a closer who is passionate about AI and ready to disrupt a massive industry, we want to talk to you!
