What We’re Looking For In a Maintenance Technician
- 3+ years in hands on maintenance work
- Mechanically inclined, read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings
- Adjust, repair or replace defective parts on machinery, equipment and establishment
- Communicates and solves problems with team and supervisor
- Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance
- Understanding of Lean principles
- Safety-focused, proactive approach to maintenance
- Critical thinker
- Motivated and committed to making an impact and improving department
