About The Role

Standard Manufacturers Services Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to support our manufacturing operations. This position involves material handling, shipping assistance, general maintenance, cleaning, and keeping the plant going and organized.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to move materials, equipment, and machinery.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling.
Help relocate equipment and maintain an organized, efficient plant layout.
Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and other facility-related tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

Qualifications

Forklift operating experience is required for hire.
Mechanically inclined with an interest in equipment and hands-on work.
Reliable, organized, and willing to take initiative.
Able to perform physical work and work independently or as part of a team.
Previous manufacturing, shipping, or maintenance experience is an asset.
