As a National Account Manager, eCommerce, you will be part of a dedicated team based in Mississauga, Ontario and reporting to the Vice President, Retail Sales.

This position combines strategic account leadership with strong operational ownership and requires close collaboration across sales, finance, supply chain, marketing, category, content, and customer operations teams. The National Account Manager acts as the single-threaded business owner for Amazon Canada, ensuring strong customer partnership, disciplined execution, and alignment with both Canadian and broader North American eCommerce strategies. This role currently manages one direct report supporting digital shelf, item setup, compliance coordination, and account execution activities

What You Will Get To Do

Own the Amazon Canada 1P business and serve as the primary commercial lead for the account, with accountability for sales growth, profitable growth, market share, and P&L delivery.
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and ongoing business plans aligned to strategic priorities and customer opportunities.
Build strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders and lead business reviews, planning discussions, and customer negotiations across annual terms, promotional programs, funding, assortment, and ongoing opportunities.
Own baseline and promotional forecasting, partnering with supply chain, demand planning, and customer operations to manage inventory flow, replenishment, in-stock performance, and other operational barriers affecting service or sales.
Lead internal and external alignment on promotional planning, submissions, timing, funding, and execution in partnership with Channel Marketing and Amazon.
Manage item lifecycle and digital shelf execution, including new item setup, PDP readiness, content accuracy, assortment changes, discontinuations, and resolution of listing, ordering, price block, and other catalog-related issues within Vendor Central.
Oversee product updates, recalls, compliance-related changes, operational alerts, returns, and other SKU-level issues impacting account performance.
Manage Amazon advertising investment and account budgets, making recommendations on priority brands, divisions, and SKUs to support traffic, conversion, and profitable growth.
Review fines, deductions, shortages, and other account charges, taking action to improve account health and protect profitability.
Lead recurring business reporting, forecasting updates, financial reviews, and performance analysis, including POS commentary, forecast-versus-actual tracking, and leadership report-outs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional, global eCommerce, and U.S. teams to align strategy, execution, and business priorities.
Provide leadership to a direct report while influencing cross-functional partners to deliver strong account execution.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in sales, eCommerce, account management, or customer business management.
Direct experience managing Amazon or a major eCommerce customer, preferably within a 1P / Vendor Central environment.
Strong understanding of account planning, forecasting, promotions, negotiations, and profitable growth management, including customer P&L ownership.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations teams.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with comfort using reporting tools, retail analytics, and customer portals.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly dynamic customer environment.
