Perform cost risk assessments and probabilistic simulations to establish project contingency and reserves.
Ensure Stantec’s procedures and guidelines are applied consistently and correctly, and that standards, practices, and deliverables align with recognized industry standards, including CIQS and AACE.
Lead process improvements for procedures and guidelines.
Set direction and goals for the department and individual team members.
Assist and advise client agencies with pre-planning, scope definition, final planning, budgeting, and funding estimates.
Serve as the primary client interface to communicate project information and support stakeholder buy-in.
