As a Team Lead, you will form a key part of the leadership team and will help grow our business through ongoing recruitment, retention and development of staff.

The team is based in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, and while we embrace our core value that “we are better together”, we do offer flexible work solutions and hybrid work situations. As people leaders, you would be expected to spend a portion of your work week in-office.
