Identifies and resolves issues in various functional areas; breakdown, put away, replenishment, QC, staging, loading, shipping. Monitors and maintain SKUs and locations in WMS to support efficient warehouse processing and maximize warehouse space usage. Performs work under the direction of warehouse lead, supervisor or manager.

Performs system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations. Specifically, You Will
- Receive vendor purchase orders and customer returns.
- Process outbound orders in a timely manner to ensure truck departure timelines are met.
- Pick/Stock products with accuracy.
- Wrap, sort and load orders.
- Maintain basic housekeeping in assigned areas of warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.

- Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred (asset).
- Ability to become certified in and operate warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in problem solving, communication, following directions, time management.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to read and hear verbal instructions or through a headset.
- G License preferred for loader position
This position requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity to perform the essential duties of this role:
- The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee may lift, lower, or carry products up to a maximum of 50 pounds by hand.
- The employee may operate warehouse equipment. Using proper safety procedures will eliminate any potential hazards.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Responsibilities
Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations by receiving purchase orders and returns, processing orders, picking and stocking products, and wrapping, sorting, and loading shipments. Maintain accurate SKU and location records in the warehouse management system, keep assigned areas orderly, and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, along with the ability to become certified in and operate warehouse equipment. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving, communication, direction-following, time-management, and teamwork skills, and be able to read and hear instructions; a G license is preferred for the loader position.
