We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and results-driven Sales/Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging new prospects, nurturing existing customer relationships, and helping organizations discover the power of our end-to-end solutions.

We'll train the right person. What we can't teach is drive, curiosity, and the ability to connect with people. If you bring those, we'll give you everything else you need to succeed.

Connect with prospects and help move opportunities through the sales funnel
Keep detailed notes on account activity, customer info, and follow-ups
Build strong, long-term partnerships with customers and deliver outstanding service
Work closely with different departments (Engineering, Operations, Marketing) to support customer needs
Assist in preparing proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses
Support the sales team with day-to-day activities
Stay up to date on industry trends and Star Solutions’ products

Who You Are

2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Genuine curiosity about people and businesses
Strong written and verbal communications
Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive
Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Collaborative and team-oriented
Able to travel within Canada and internationally when required
A background in technology with an undergrad degree is a strong plus
Telecom experience is a bonus but not required

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

Competitive benefits package
Extended health, dental, and vision coverage
RRSP matching
Paid time off
On-site parking
Opportunity to grow in a global tech environment

Other Details

This is a full-time, in-house position based in our Richmond, BC office.
A cover letter is required for consideration.
