Overview

This associate is a Media Operations Specialist for all Paid Media across Visa. This associate drives accountability across Starcom teams by establishing workflows, cross-functional dependencies, process governance, & SLA enforcement.

Responsibilities

Media Operation & Data Governance

Lead QA processes for media taxonomy, campaign classification, and platform readiness to ensure accuracy of Visa dashboards (Datorama) and MROI reporting.
Support data alignment by coordinating with MDI teams on dashboard updates, reporting automation, and insights tracking.
Maintain a robust QA checklist including pixel/tag validation, performance data completeness, and dashboard readiness prior to reporting cycles.

Agency & Partner Management

Own and update billing reporting with any decisions, changes and actionable next steps relating to campaigns and budgets in monthly spend report connect
Escalate delays, blockers, or quality issues early with clear mitigation paths.
Establish operational governance to improve accountability, service, and reporting cadence.
Track agency and partner recommendations

Financial Stewardship & Budget Control

Support PO processes, media authorization submissions, and monthly budget control (BCR) updates to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with Visa Finance.
Track booked vs. actual pacing using Datorama dashboards; flag discrepancies early and support monthly/quarterly reconciliation.

Continue Process Improvement

Maintain and evolve Visa processes and playbooks, along with documentation and Visa onboarding
Drive cross-team collaboration across Visa and Starcom teams by identifying and proposing enhancements to process for more agility.

Additional Information

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
