- Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
- Address customers' complaints or concerns

A valid Class 1 or A driver's licence with an AZ class licence and air brakes endorsement is required; experience is an asset, and no formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
