Who you are
You know that production readiness depends on more than having materials on site. You understand where they are staged, when they are needed, and which drawings must be ready. As Production Material Coordinator with Startec Thermal and Process, you’ll put that knowledge to work keeping the shop supplied and the schedule moving.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll coordinate the delivery, timing, sequence, and staging of materials and drawings. You’ll communicate shortages and expected arrivals and help prepare ship-loose items. Your work gives Supervisors and production teams the materials and information they need to carry out scheduled work.
You’ll work in the production nest with the Spool and Vessel Foreman, connecting the shop with the teams responsible for material and drawing readiness. Bring a Purposefully Collaborative approach to our Everyday Mavericks: share clear information, work through gaps together, and follow through on the next step.
