A Junior Sommelier aka dream job. We’re currently seeking a spectacular Junior Sommelier in Dovetale to join our team. The perfect candidate loves everything wine and is fluent in it - from intricate knowledge of grapes and the regions they grow in to an instinctive sense of timing for bringing out a wine’s finest moment. You also love talking about wine, and the nuances of pairing it with food. And you live for sharing your insights with our guests, as well as introducing them to impeccably selected and hard-to-find wines they’ll remember forever. Sound like a glass you could fill? We’d love to connect. (Inside Tip: Your warmth is as important as your wine wisdom). About you... Passionate about wine and guest service and a minimum of some similar work experience. A sommelier certification is an advanage and a post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Knowledgeable of wine, a strong team player and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and wine sales. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Requirements
Candidates should have a passion for wine, some similar work experience, and strong communication skills. A sommelier certification or a post-secondary degree is considered an advantage.
