ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a rigorous, talented, and collaborative team. You will be instrumental in delivering data-driven insights that inform critical decisions in health sciences, with a strong focus on designing and conducting studies using real-world data to generate actionable evidence.

You will be expected to take full ownership of:

Designing and delivering health economics, epidemiology, real-world evidence, and data analytics studies, including protocol development and advanced data analyses to support healthcare decision-making
Preparing high-quality client deliverables, technical reports, scientific publications, and presentations that translate complex findings into actionable insights
Collaborating directly with clients and project teams to understand needs, provide recommendations, and support project delivery
Leading solution design, innovation, and the resolution of complex analytical challenges while supporting the development of internal expertise and best practices
Coaching junior consultant and providing innovative, well-reasoned solutions to complex technical challenges, while guiding project resources and junior staff to successfully meet timelines and client expectations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is passionate about data, curious, detail-oriented, enjoys learning as part of a team, and meets the following qualifications:

Master’s degree (M.Sc.) or PhD degree in a quantitative field: epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, economics, mathematics, or statistics
A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in econometrics or data science
A M.Sc. with 3 to 5 years’ experience
Or a PhD with 1 to years’ experience
Demonstrated experience in quantitative research, data analysis, and interpretation of complex data
Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language such as R, SAS, Stata, or Python
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in "client-facing work” is an asset

En tant que consultant senior, vous ferez partie d’une équipe rigoureuse, talentueuse et collaborative. Vous serez responsable de :

Concevoir et réaliser des études en économie de la santé, en épidémiologie, en données probantes du monde réel et en analytique de données, incluant l’élaboration de protocoles et la réalisation d’analyses avancées visant à soutenir la prise de décision
Préparer des livrables clients de haute qualité, des rapports techniques, des publications scientifiques et des présentations permettant de transformer des résultats complexes en recommandations concrètes
Collaborer directement avec les clients et les équipes de projet afin de comprendre leurs besoins, formuler des recommandations et contribuer à la réalisation des mandats
Diriger la conception de solutions innovantes et la résolution de défis analytiques complexes, tout en contribuant au développement de l'expertise interne et à l'amélioration des meilleures pratiques
Accompagner les consultants juniors et proposer des solutions innovantes à des problèmes techniques complexes, tout en coordonnant les ressources de projet afin d'assurer le respect des échéanciers et des attentes des clients

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Nous cherchons une personne passionnée par les données, curieuse, minutieuse, qui aime apprendre en équipe et qui répond aux critères suivants :

Diplôme de maîtrise (M. Sc.) ou doctorat (Ph. D.) dans un domaine quantitatif : épidémiologie, biostatistique, santé publique, économie, mathématiques ou statistique
Un minimum de 3 à 5 années d’expérience en économétrie, en science des données
Maîtrise avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience
Doctorat avec 1 à 3 ans d’expérience
Une expérience démontrée en recherche quantitative, en analyse de données et en interprétation de données complexes
Expérience avec au moins un langage de programmation statistique (R, SAS, Stata, Python, etc.)
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
Excellentes habiletés de communication en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, requises pour accomplir les tâches liées au poste, notamment en raison des échanges réguliers avec des clients anglophones situés au Canada et aux États-Unis
Une expérience en consultation auprès de clients constitue un atout
