Front Of House

Working in a small fast-paced restaurant, your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Opening and closing of the restaurants
• Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and dining experience
• Good knowledge of restaurant menu
• Handling POS system and table reservation system
• Providing drink recommendations and upselling products
• Handling payments, till open and closures
• Taking reservations in person or by telephone
• Keeping the working area clean at all times
• Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Effectively communicating with kitchen staff and working closely in a high paced environment
