About Stay22

Based in Montreal, Stay22 helps ambitious creators and intent-rich digital platforms turn their existing traffic into incremental revenue, with technology that works quietly in the background.

Today, more than 6,500 creators and platforms rely on Stay22, with over $1 billion in annual transactions flowing through the platform. Originally built for travel, the company now supports partners across retail, lifestyle, publishing, events, and transport as it expands its monetization infrastructure for the modern creator economy.

About the role

Stay22 helps content creators monetize travel content while giving travelers better ways to discover and book travel. The Integrations squad connects Stay22 to travel suppliers and turns their inventory and transaction data into scalable revenue opportunities.

As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own the product direction for travel supplier integrations, from supplier APIs and ingestion workflows to Allez links, attribution, reporting, and reliability. You will work across Product, Engineering, Supply/Partnerships, Data, Hub, Neuro, and Forge to improve integrations with suppliers such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com, Viator, and others.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with real ownership. You will bring technical depth, manage supplier relationships, hold the squad accountable for delivery and quality, and use data to make clear product and business trade-offs. You will report to the GPM, Suppliers Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product strategy and prioritization

  • Own the Integrations roadmap, prioritizing supplier opportunities, platform improvements, and reliability investments based on business impact estimates, technical feasibility, and data.
  • Turn performance data into concrete actions for Supply, Engineering, and other teams.

Technical product leadership

  • Build deep technical understanding of suppliers inventory ingestion workflows (API, SFTP…), schemas, normalization, link generation, attribution, reporting, observability, and downstream product impacts.
  • Become a source of truth for integration flows, provider behaviour and known limitations
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Technical Leads on architecture, technical risks, quality, security, privacy, reliability, and scalability, while keeping implementation ownership with Engineering.
  • Create accountability across the squad by making ownership for every initiative: QA, tracking validation, monitoring, launch readiness, and post-launch measurement, not just a happy-path implementation.
  • Continuously reduce time-to-integration and make supplier onboarding more repeatable

Supplier and partnership leadership

  • Act as the product counterpart for strategic travel supplier relationships, working closely with Supply and Strategic Partnerships.
  • Turn supplier conversations into structured inputs and prioritized decisions rather than an unbounded request queue.
  • Lead the product side of supplier discovery, qualification, integration planning, launch readiness, and post-launch performance reviews.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including substantial experience with technically complex products, platforms, APIs, data products, infrastructure, or integrations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product area or roadmap slice end to end, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and measurable impact.
  • Strong technical fluency: you can read API documentation, understand data flows and system boundaries, reason about schemas and contracts, identify technical risks, and have credible trade-off conversations with senior engineers.
  • Experience working with external partners, suppliers, vendors, or enterprise customers where requirements, timelines, technical constraints, and commercial interests need to be reconciled.
  • Strong data and analytical skills: you can define useful metrics, work with dashboards and event data, assess experiment results, build an order-of-magnitude business case, and use evidence to change priorities.
  • A track record of creating accountability without formal authority: setting clear expectations, following through, surfacing risks, and getting cross-functional teams to deliver against a quality bar.
  • Excellent written communication. You make complex technical and business topics clear for engineers, commercial teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information while clearly documenting assumptions and risks.

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, affiliate, e-commerce, marketplaces, ad tech, or another ecosystem with multiple suppliers and attribution flows.
  • Experience building or operating integrations with travel suppliers, booking platforms, affiliate networks, or other external APIs.
  • Experience with deep linking, link swapping, redirect systems, transaction attribution, commission reporting, or data normalization.
  • Experience with experimentation, conversion optimization, supplier selection, or partner performance management.
  • Experience improving integration platforms, onboarding workflows, observability, reliability, or developer experience.
  • Previous engineering, data engineering, solutions architecture, or technical implementation experience.
