County Mazda wants YOU as our next Administrative Assistant

At County Mazda, every great customer experience starts with a warm welcome. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the dealership. From coordinating administrative tasks and assisting team members to ensuring visitors feel valued from the moment they arrive, you'll play an important role in helping our dealership succeed.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.70-$23.50

How You Will Make an Impact

Greet customers, answer phones, and provide information professionally
Handle data entry, key logs, dealer plate logs, and daily cash posting
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and updating systems
Support the team, manage customer service needs, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative processes are completed in a timely and organized manner
Support the accounting office with duties such as posting Accounts Receivable transactions, stocking in inventory, assisting with floorplan and preparing daily and monthly reports as required

What we want from you

Administrative or customer service experience would be considered an asset
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Ability to multitask, adapt, and maintain attention to detail
Professional phone etiquette and customer‑service mindset
Basic computer skills: experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) is an asset
