As an Apprentice Technician with Steele Volkswagen, you will work alongside experienced technicians, developing your skills in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technology while learning the various aspects of dealership service operations. How you will make an impact:
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems (brakes, steering, suspension, drivability issues - you name it).
- Performing routine and advanced maintenance tasks.
- Working efficiently and independently in the shop.
- Keeping repair documentation neat, accurate, and up to date.
- Teaming up with seasoned techs to sharpen your skills.

- Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License
