Steele Chevrolet is looking for Apprentice and Red Seal Automotive Technicians to join our Service Team! Whether you are building your skills on the road to Red Seal or bringing certified expertise to the shop, we would love to hear from you. We take pride in quality workmanship, putting safety first, and giving every vehicle the attention it deserves. As an apprentice, you will develop your skills alongside experienced technicians, taking on maintenance and repairs as you progress. As a Red Seal Technician, you will put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, from routine service to complex mechanical repairs. If you take pride in doing the job right, enjoy working as part of a team, and are comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including regularly lifting 50+ pounds, there is a place for you on our team! 

Apprentice Technician Compensation:

• Hourly wages of $19.20 - $29.00, depending on apprenticeship level 
• Road to Red Seal Program, build your career with level completion bonuses, a Red Seal certification bonus, and a salary top-up plan to support you while attending technical training 

Red Seal Technician Compensation:

• Flat Rate compensation of $32.00 - $38.50 per hour, tailored to experience, certification and efficiency 
• Biweekly minimum guarantee aligned with 64 flat rate hours to support stability 
• Performance Incentive Program, where you earn money for every hour you produce, with Steele Auto Group contributing to your Personal Incentive Bank and paying out your accumulated earnings annually
