Original job description

At Steele Auto Group, work is more than a job. It is a chance to inspire positive impact through every interaction, every vehicle, every journey. Our people are at the heart of it all, because everything we do is driven by you. Your passion. Your purpose. Your potential.

Join Steele Hyundai as an Automotive Detailer!

At Steele Hyundai, we believe every great customer experience starts long before the keys are handed over. We're looking for an Automotive Detailer who takes pride in making every vehicle look its absolute best.

From preparing vehicles for delivery and maintaining a clean, organized lot to adding the final touches before a customer drives away, you'll play an important role in creating a lasting impression. Your attention to detail helps ensure every vehicle reflects the quality and care that Steele Hyundai is known for, because a spotless finish isn't just about appearance, it's about delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Hourly Rate: $18.15 - $20.00

What You'll Be Driving Into:

Report any imperfections on new vehicles to management promptly.
Apply products correctly to both the interior and exterior of sold vehicles.
Buff vehicles as needed to maintain high-quality appearance.
Prepare new and used vehicles to ensure they are presented in optimal condition.
Park vehicles properly in designated areas, both on the lot and in delivery zones.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace to ensure a productive and hazard-free environment.

What You Bring:

Experience as an automotive detailer or in a similar role would be considered an asset but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles
Hardworking, self-motivated, and excellent time management skills

Why You Will Love Working with Steele Auto Group:

At Steele Auto Group, you are not just joining a company, you are joining a community where you will be empowered to exceed expectations and develop your full potential.

We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting every part of your journey. That is why our Total Rewards package is built to help you thrive, physically, financially, and emotionally. Depending on your role and employment type (full-time, part-time, or term), eligible employees can look forward to some or all of the following:

100% Matched Retirement Savings Plan – Employer-matched RSP plan, with a maximum of 4% after just 3 months and a maximum of 5% after 5 years!
