We are currently hiring a Part-time Receptionist for Colonial Honda. Our receptionist is the friendly face and helpful voice that make the first impression count. You’ll greet clients, support our team, and keep the dealership running smoothly with your strong administrative skills. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a high‑energy environment, this is the perfect role to build your career in the automotive industry.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position requiring availability for two evenings per week from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., as well as every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wage range: $17.20/hr- $18.90/hr

How You Make Every Visit Better:

Welcome and assist clients with a positive, professional approach
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Support daily financial tasks, including posting cash and preparing bank deposits
Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping
Perform clerical duties such as filing and preparing documents
Assist with other administrative support tasks as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Strong communication skills, in person, over the phone, and in writing
Professional, friendly phone etiquette
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Post-secondary education in Office Administration is an asset (not required)
