This is an opportunity for someone who understands automotive sales, thrives on building relationships, and is ready to turn their experience into leadership.

Whether you have already stepped into a Sales leadership role or are a strong automotive sales professional looking for your next challenge, you will have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills while taking ownership of the Pre-Owned Sales operation and helping the team continue to grow and perform exceptionally.

What you will be doing:

Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales team, creating an environment built on collaboration, accountability, and enthusiasm.
Partner with dealership leadership to achieve sales objectives and support overall dealership performance.
Coach sales professionals throughout the customer journey, helping them build confidence, product knowledge, and strong customer relationships.
Monitor individual and team performance, identify opportunities, and help turn those opportunities into results.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Sales team members.
Help create a Sales environment where customers feel welcomed, understood, and excited about their vehicle journey.
Build strong relationships with customers and step in to support more complex opportunities when needed.
Work closely with other dealership departments to create a seamless experience from purchase through ownership.
Bring the Volkswagen brand to life through your leadership, product enthusiasm, and customer focus.
Continue developing your own leadership capabilities while helping your team grow.

What you bring to the role:

Previous automotive sales experience is required.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset, with a strong interest in continuing to grow as a leader.
A genuine passion for the automotive industry and the ability to get people excited about the products you represent.
Strong communication, coaching, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused mindset and a natural ability to build rapport.
Comfortable working with sales targets, performance metrics, and dealership processes.
The confidence to lead from the floor and get involved when your team needs you.
A positive, energetic approach and the ability to bring people along with you.
A willingness to learn, challenge yourself, and take the next step in your career.
