Help Lead the Team That Drives the Honda Experience.

We are looking for an experienced automotive professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey and make a meaningful impact as our Sales Manager.

This is an opportunity to join one of Atlantic Canada's respected Honda dealerships, work alongside Jonathan Bonang, an automotive leader with more than 30 years of industry experience, and help shape the future of a dealership built for continued success. You will work closely with Jonathan and the dealership leadership team to support the Sales department, develop your people, and create an exceptional customer experience from the showroom to the road.

This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong foundation in automotive sales and is ready to take on greater responsibility. You will be a hands-on leader who understands the automotive sales environment, knows what it takes to build a successful team, and is excited to continue developing your own leadership skills while helping others grow.

What you will be doing:

Lead, coach, and support the Sales team, helping individuals build confidence, capability, and success.
Work alongside the General Manager and the Management Team to achieve dealership sales objectives and support overall business performance.
Create a positive, accountable, and customer-focused Sales environment.
Coach sales professionals through the customer journey, from initial contact through to delivery and follow-up.
Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and help the team consistently achieve its goals.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Sales team members.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure concerns are addressed with professionalism and care.
Work collaboratively with other dealership departments to create a seamless customer experience.
Represent the Honda brand and Colonial Honda with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Continue developing your own leadership skills while helping others grow around you.

What you bring to the role:

Previous automotive sales experience is required.
Experience in a Sales leadership or supervisory capacity is an asset, but we are also interested in high-performing automotive professionals ready for their next leadership opportunity.
A strong understanding of automotive sales processes, customer experience, and dealership operations.
A genuine interest in coaching and developing people.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
A customer-first approach and the ability to build trust quickly.
Comfortable working with sales performance metrics and using them to identify opportunities.
A positive, motivated approach and the ability to lead by example.
A willingness to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility.
