Guaranteed income stability for up to your first year, with a minimum of $682.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount

The Steele Advantage:

100% Matched Retirement Savings Plan – Employer-matched RSP up to 4% after 3 months and 5% after 5 years
Flexible Health & Dental Plans – Six cost-shared options built around your lifestyle
Mental Health & Wellness Support – 24/7 confidential EFAP support for you and your family
Employee Discounts – On vehicle purchases, parts, and service at any of our locations
Access to Steele University – Learn anytime, anywhere and continue developing your skills

How you will make an impact:

Connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right Subaru for their lifestyle
Build your knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, safety technology, and available options
Guide customers confidently through each stage of their vehicle purchase
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and dealership targets
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives that help customers feel confident in their decision
Support customers through the purchase process and deliver their new vehicle with confidence
Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to provide a seamless customer experience

What drives your success:

You’re passionate about helping people and creating positive customer experiences
You may have previous sales or customer service experience, which is considered an asset
You’re energetic, personable, and comfortable building relationships
You’re a strong communicator, whether you’re connecting in person, over the phone, or digitally
You’re organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
