Original job description

At Steele Auto Group, work is more than a job. It is a chance to inspire positive impact through every interaction, every vehicle, every journey. Our people are at the heart of it all, because everything we do is driven by you. Your passion. Your purpose. Your potential.

Steele St. John's Chrysler is on the lookout for a Service Advisor!

As a Service Advisor at Steele St. John's Chrysler, you will be the friendly face and dependable guide our clients rely on. With a strong work ethic, and a passion for service excellence, you will ensure each customer’s experience is smooth, efficient, and worry-free. Reliable and committed, you will confidently navigate clients through their service needs, consistently meeting, and exceeding their expectations.

This is not just a service role, it is an opportunity to own the customer experience from start to finish. If you are passionate about building relationships and delivering a top-tier service experience, we invite you to join a team that values both its clients and its people.

What your day looks like:

Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
Creating detailed work orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards.
Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.

What you bring to the team:

1 Year experience in a customer service position.
A hands-on, problem-solving attitude while being driven and motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract required.

Why You will Love Working with Steele Auto Group:

At Steele Auto Group, you are not just joining a company; you are joining a community where you will be empowered to exceed expectations and develop your full potential.

We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting every part of your journey. That is why our Total Rewards package is built to help you thrive, physically, financially, and emotionally. Depending on your role and employment type (full-time, part-time, or term), eligible employees can look forward to, some or, all the following:

Flexible Health & Dental Plans – Choose from six cost-shared plans tailored to your lifestyle. Affordable, dependable coverage for the people who matter most. Enjoy peace of mind knowing you and your family are covered.
