Original job description

At Steele Auto Group, work is more than a job. It is a chance to inspire positive impact through every interaction, every vehicle, every journey. Our people are at the heart of it all, because everything we do is driven by you. Your passion. Your purpose. Your potential.

Where Service Meets Excellence, Join City Chrysler as a Service Advisor

At City Chrysler, every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality, trust, and a customer-first approach. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our clients, ensuring their City Chrysler experience is smooth, efficient, and worry-free. With your expertise and attention to detail, you’ll navigate customers through their service needs, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.

This isn’t just a service role, it’s an opportunity to own the customer experience from start to finish. If you’re passionate about building relationships, clear communication, and delivering a top-tier service experience, we invite you to join a team that values both its clients and its people.

What your day looks like:

Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
Creating detailed repair orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with City Chrysler's service standards.
Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.

What you bring to the team:

Experience in a dealership is great, if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude!
A hands-on, problem-solving attitude, ready to jump in, tackle challenges, and keep things moving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional, composed and collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.

Why You will Love Working with Steele Auto Group:

At Steele Auto Group, you are not just joining a company; you are joining a community where you will be empowered to exceed expectations and develop your full potential.

We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting every part of your journey. That is why our Total Rewards package is built to help you thrive, physically, financially, and emotionally. Depending on your role and employment type (full-time, part-time, or term), eligible employees can look forward to, some or, all the following:

Flexible Health & Dental Plans – Choose from six cost-shared plans tailored to your lifestyle. Affordable, dependable coverage for the people who matter most. Enjoy peace of mind knowing you and your family are covered.
