Steele Chevrolet is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join our team!
As a Service Video Advisor with Steele Chevrolet Buick GMC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer service experience by providing clear, informative video assessments of vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Through professional and transparent communication, you will help customers better understand the condition of their vehicles, explain recommended services, and build confidence in our service department. If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about automotive service, this position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technology, communication, and vehicle knowledge to deliver an exceptional ownership experience. Your contributions will support customer trust, satisfaction, and the continued success of our growing service team.
Hourly Wage Range: $18.10 - $20.45
What you'll do:
- Create accurate, professional video documentation on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technicians' vehicle prognosis on video
- Ensure videos are uploaded and delivered to customers promptly to support a seamless service experience
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional service department
- Support service department when and where required
- Organization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehicles
- Organization of new and used vehicle deliveries
- Collaboration with customer facing service advisors
Requirements:
- Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
