Colonial Honda is looking for a Service Video Advisor to join our team! If you have experience in service advising, parts, or automotive technology and are looking for a role that keeps you connected to vehicles without being at the front counter all day, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Service Video Advisor, you will work closely with technicians, service advisors, and the parts department to help customers understand their vehicle's repair and maintenance needs. Using short, professional videos, you'll communicate technician findings clearly and accurately while supporting the daily operations of the service department.

Wage: $18.10–$20.45 per hour, plus performance-based incentives.

How you will make an impact:

• Recording clear video walkarounds of vehicle repairs, maintenance needs, and technician findings.

• Providing simple voice-over explanations to help customers understand recommended repairs and services.

• Uploading videos promptly and accurately for customer review.

• Communicating with technicians, service advisors, the parts department, and other team members to support an efficient repair process.

• Assisting with parts running, quoting, and internal repair support.

• Supporting service advisors with basic duties when needed, including helping cash out customers.

• Creating videos for used vehicle reconditioning when required.

• Helping maintain an organized, clean, and efficient service department.

What drives your success:

• You have automotive service, parts, or technical knowledge; previous Service Advisor or Parts Advisor experience is an asset.

• You bring strong communication and listening skills.

• You are comfortable speaking clearly and explaining automotive information in a simple, customer-friendly way.

• You are comfortable using smartphones, laptops, and new technology.

• You have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• You bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

• You are reliable, organized, and willing to support the team wherever needed.

• You have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
