Steele Advantage Financing is looking for a Special Finance Manager to join our team. As a Special Finance Manager, your role is about more than closing deals, it is about opening doors. You will help customers understand their credit, take control of their budgets, and leave not just with a vehicle, but with real confidence in their financial journey. If you are someone who thrives on genuine connection, believes in second chances, and wants to help people build towards their dreams, then we want to hear from you.

Wage:

This is a fully commissioned role, with the potential to earn $100K+ a year
For up to the first 3 months of employment, you will have a minimum income guarantee of $610/week, unless commissions exceed
Full-time Monday to Friday schedule

The Steele Advantage:

Expert Coaching – Through Steele Auto Groups’ dedicated sales training workshops
100% Matched Retirement Savings Plan - Because your future matters
Flexible Health & Dental Plans – Affordable, dependable coverage for the people who matter most
Mental Health & Wellness Support – 24/7 confidential support for you and your family
Employee Discounts – On vehicle purchases, parts, and service at any of our locations
Access to Steele University – learn anytime, anywhere and earn rewards as you grow your skills!

How you will make an impact:

Be a trusted advisor and help customers understand their credit situation and explore the best financing options for their needs
Educate customers on programs, protections and next steps; not just for today, but for the road ahead
Build meaningful relationships with lenders and financial partners to support flexible solutions
Support the sales team by sharing financial knowledge that enhances the customer journey
Handle documentation and deal processing with care, accuracy and compliance

What drives your success:

You are a natural people person with a strong belief in customer-first service
You are confident over the phone, with the ability to build customer trust from the first call
You are organized, detail-oriented and able to explain things clearly and patiently
You are someone who sees the value in guiding people before selling to them
You have previous experience in commission sales, or automotive industry experience
