Job Description

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to own the concepts behind our Meta ads and lead the pod that produces them.

The job is to work out why our ads convert, turn that into angles for statics and video, and brief a team of graphic designers, video editors and AI prompters so the work comes back right the first time. Your concepts go live every week, you see the numbers, and the next round is built on what they tell you.

What you'll do

Lead a pod of graphic designers, video editors and AI prompters: set priorities, review the work, own what ships.
Build angles from customer motivations, awareness levels and market sophistication, backed by reviews, ad comments and competitor ads.
Concept statics and video weekly and write briefs the team can execute without a call: hook, angle, structure, copy, references, format.
Read performance weekly and decide what gets iterated, killed or scaled.
Turn winning ads into repeatable frameworks the pod can run again.
Bring concepts to review with the evidence behind them.

What we're looking for

Creative strategy experience at e-commerce brands, in-house or agency. General marketing experience does not count.
Meta ads you concepted that scaled, both static and video. You know the spend, the results and what your part was.
Breakthrough Advertising in practice: mass desire, awareness levels and market sophistication decide your angles.
Experience leading designers and video editors: setting direction, reviewing work, holding the standard.
Briefs that get executed right the first time.
Fluent in Meta creative metrics and comfortable using AI tools to move faster.

Must have

2+ years running creative strategy on Meta ads for e-commerce, in-house or agency.
Winning static and video concepts you can show, with the spend and results behind them.
Led designers and video editors before.
Direct-response fundamentals down cold: mass desire, awareness levels, market sophistication.
Native or fluent English.
