We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in our Halifax, Nova Scotia office.
Type of Position: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity:
An integral member of the Commercial Team, and reporting to the Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will combine strong creative and organizational skills to support the Firm’s marketing and business development goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering sophisticated visual assets for regional and national marketing campaigns while helping to ensure consistent execution of the Firm’s visual brand.
The Marketing Coordinator will act as a visual brand steward for the Firm, translating concepts and complex information into compelling, polished designs. They will provide creative support for business development initiatives, including pitch decks, RFP responses and client presentations, while ensuring all materials align with the Firm’s brand standards.
Working closely with the broader Commercial Team, the successful candidate will coordinate the full lifecycle of design projects, from initial briefing, intake and conceptualization through to final production and distribution. The Marketing Coordinator will also create engaging multimedia content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms and assist with the design and layout of website landing pages as needed. They will bring an agency-style mindset to the role, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly as needs shift, and contribute creative ideas and insights to external marketing campaigns.
If you have a Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business or a related field, three to five years of professional design experience, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, a strong portfolio showcasing clean, corporate-modern design, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! Experience in a professional services environment, such as legal, accounting or engineering, or within a fast-paced marketing agency, is considered a strong asset.
As part of the application process, candidates should be prepared to submit a selection of design work that demonstrates their skills and abilities.
