Fitting Specialist / Customer Service

I am looking for a customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of clothing construction, garment fit and alterations. As a Fitting Specialist, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, assess garment fit, recommend appropriate alterations, and ensure each customer feels comfortable and confident in their clothing.

• This role requires strong customer service skills combined with practical knowledge of garments, sewing, and alteration techniques to provide accurate recommendations and an exceptional customer experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional experience for every customer
• Conduct professional garment fittings, accurately assessing fit issues, taking measurements, and identifying alteration requirements
• Recommend appropriate alteration options, demonstrating strong knowledge of alteration processes, garment construction, and products
• Clearly explain alteration recommendations, expected results, pricing, and timelines to customers
• Accurately record measurements and alteration instructions to ensure clear communication with the tailoring team
• Work closely with Tailors/Seamstresses to ensure customer expectations and alteration requirements are clearly understood
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and timely service.
