Warehouse Associate | Scarborough, ON

Full-Time

Who We Are

STLTH is a proudly Canadian vape company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. We were founded by entrepreneurs with diverse professional backgrounds and built our brand on three things: simplicity, consistency, and operational excellence.

Our team spans science, technology, manufacturing, and customer support, all working toward the same standard of doing things right.

We are a focused, driven team. Ownership is real here, decisions get made, and the work you do is visible. We hire people who want to contribute to something being built with care, not just maintain what already exists.

What We Do

We design and manufacture premium closed pod systems and disposable vapes sold through thousands of retailers across Canada. Our products are known for reliability and quality, and we invest continuously in the systems, people, and processes that make that possible.

About The Role

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks (preferred), forklifts (pallet jacks), cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments using warehouse management systems and MS Office Excel
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to load and unload materials, ensuring timely delivery and shipment of products

Skills And Experience

Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in environments involving heavy equipment operation or manufacturing settings
Demonstrated proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS Excel
Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, packaging, shipping & receiving processes
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment like reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or construction machinery
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices for heavy equipment operation

Why Join Us

Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in logistics! We value proactive individuals who thrive on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and order fulfillment will help us deliver outstanding service while advancing your career in a supportive environment.

Compensation

$18-$20.00 per hour

Benefits

Casual dress
Dental care
On-site parking
Paid time off
