Stone Tile International is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator in the GTA to join our dynamic team!

Who are you?

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to the commercial (outside – A&D) sales team with day-to-day sales and order management activities, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, managed efficiently, and move through to completion.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, is highly organized, proactive, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

The Sales Support Coordinator will perform a wide range of duties assigned by their manager, including but not limited to the following:

Support the Commercial team with day-to-day sales and order management activities.
Process and manage orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
Monitor orders from entry through to shipment in ERP and CRM systems and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, logistics etc.) to resolve order-related questions or issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
Provide timely updates and support to the A&D outside sales team.
Maintain accurate information across relevant systems.
Develop a strong understanding of company processes, systems, products, and Commercial business needs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall team efficiency.
Build strong relationships with Sales and cross-functional partners.
Provide coverage and support to the broader team as needed.

· Uphold the brand’s tone and service excellence standards in all communication.

Perform additional duties as assigned

What type of experience and skills do you have?

2– 4 years of experience in sales support, order processing or management, customer service in retail, or sales, ideally within the luxury interiors, flooring, or home design sectors.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Strong data entry skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools).
A passion for design, interiors, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
