Our app lets players discover nearby games, book a spot, and simply turn up to play.
Founded in Singapore, Stranger Soccer now operates across 10+ cities and has delivered over 100,000 games worldwide. We're looking for passionate License Owners who want to bring this experience to their communities - whether you call it Fussball, Fútbol, Calcio, or football.

Your Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Toronto
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2-3 people), supported by Official Hosts
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams
- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- A strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally
- Motivation to deliver results, with rewards tied to performance and growth

Responsibilities
Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer operation in Toronto by recruiting and managing a small local team, securing football venues, and driving marketing and customer growth. Oversee game operations and player experience while coordinating with Stranger Soccer headquarters and its operations and technology teams.
Requirements
Candidates should be passionate about football, connected to the local football community, and experienced in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing work. They should be entrepreneurial, able to work independently, and motivated to grow the local business and deliver results.
