Shipper/Receiver - Mississauga
About the Role:
Our client, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a qualifiedShipper/Receiver/forklift operator to join their organization in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth daily operations of the department
- Operate a forklift and reach truck for order picking
- Verify orders and proactively address any backlogs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time customer deliveries
- Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as needed
Required Skills:
- Valid forklift license with reach truck experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in shipping and/or warehouse order picking (assets)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of lifting 35–40 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent concentration and memory
Preferred Skills:
- High school diploma (preferred)
- Experience in shipping and/or warehouse order picking (assets)
Pay range and compensation package:
- Base Pay: $26.09/hour
- Shift Premiums: Afternoon +$1.15/hour and Night +$1.35/hour
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shift Rotation: Day, afternoon, and night shifts (rotating every 2 weeks)

Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and reach trucks to pick orders, verify orders, and address backlogs. Coordinate with other departments to support timely customer deliveries and perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must have a valid forklift license, reach truck experience, and at least one year of relevant experience. They should be able to lift 35–40 pounds regularly, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, use basic computer tools, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, concentration, and memory; a high school diploma is preferred.
